Hamster Design offers welding and textile design services for various products such as waterproof bags, pet collars, pet strollers, and outdoor accessories. Our experienced design team can create unique products tailored to your needs and brand image. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and building long-term partnerships with our clients. We ensure that your designs smoothly transition into mass production. Our parent company, New Prokin International, has extensive manufacturing experience and a professional technical team to support the entire production process from design to mass production. With production bases in Zhongshan, Guangdong, and Cambodia, we can efficiently meet the needs of customers in different regions. Our factory is equipped with advanced sewing, welding, and printing equipment to handle a monthly production capacity of 30-45 40’ containers. The majority of products have a lead time of 35-45 days. Quality control is strict, meeting international standards for baby and medical products.
Continuous improvement has been made in testing equipment and processes, with in-house physical tests and material suppliers meeting international safety standards. The factory owns plastic injection and molding factories for plastic buckles used on bags, pet collars, and outdoor accessories. Recently, they have developed weldable plastic buckles and strong buckles for pet collars. The factories are located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and Tainan, Taiwan, with a total of 30 plastic injection molding machines. They also produce insect-rearing boxes for entertainment and educational purposes.
